Conor Brooks is the Vice President of Institutional Advancement at United Lutheran Seminary. He previously served as the Director of Advancement Services, a position he held starting in 2016 under the former Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg. Prior to his time at the seminary, he was a political fundraiser and strategist serving all levels of campaigns in and around the Central Pennsylvania region.
Conor also serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Outreach to Haiti, a nonprofit based in CT which provides health care services, student sponsorships and other educational support, parish twinning, support of an orphanage, as well as a neighborhood nutrition program for children in Port Au Prince, Haiti. He is also a board member for Seafarers International House, which serves the urgent needs of seafarers and immigrants in the Northeast.
He holds a bachelor’s from Gettysburg College, is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and holds a Certified Fundraising Executive certification. He lives with his wife Dr. Dayna Brooks in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
