Enjoy an uplifting evening of music with the Essence of Joy Alumni Singers directed by Tony Leach and one of Baltimore’s finest jazz combos, the Unified Jazz Ensemble. A highlight of the concert will be the premier of Buzz Jones’s Axiom Asunder Redux, an original jazz suite melding the poetry of Langston Hughes with Blues, Bossa Nova, Bembé, Bebop & Soul Jazz. Performed at The Brossman Center at the United Lutheran Seminary, 7301 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia.
