Is your congregation’s ministry achieving all that it could achieve?  Is your personal ministry making a difference?  Learn how to empower both your congregation’s ministry and your personal ministry and stop squandering power in useless ways.  What you will learn will also apply to family and other organizational power.  Learn how to get the most for your efforts. Power Currency, is excellent for rostered and lay leaders. All congregations have power struggles.  This seminar sorts them out and gives positive strategies for success.

The key text for the event is the book: Power Currency How to Grow, Enhance and Stop Squandering Your Personal Power by Fred Lehr(Rand-Smith Publishing, 2020) .  It is recommended that you have the text before the event. It may take a few weeks to deliver.  Available via Amazon or Barnes & Noble, etc.
