The theme for Convocation on Wednesday, September 18 is "Beyond the Binary with Rev. Chris and Jamie Bruesehoff." Pastor Chris and Jamie Bruesehoff, author of Raising Kids beyond the Binary: Celebrating God’s Transgender and Gender-Diverse Children, will be with us to speak about ministry to the transgender community. As parents of a transgender teen, they share an amazing story of love and acceptance both in their family and congregation.
