United Lutheran Seminary is partnering with Tecker International to develop a three to five year strategic plan, to be completed in early 2023. Ms. Cheryl Williams, a former member of the ULS board of trustees, and Mr. Jim Meffert, will both lead this project in their capacity as consultants and strategists at Tecker.

“As a former board member, Ms. Williams has deep respect for and understanding of ULS’s history,” said President R. Guy Erwin. “Partnered with Mr. Meffert’s expertise, I am confident they will provide a strategic plan that is driven by vision, encompasses measured outcomes and most importantly, is in alignment with our mission of unifying, learning and serving.”

The planning process includes the development of a ULS Strategic Planning Task Force and will involve outreach to ULS constituents this fall.
