Don is responsible for the overall management and support of IT systems on both campuses along with the IT staff and a cadre of student assistants.

While Don is based out of the Gettysburg Campus, where he can be found on the main floor of A.R. Wentz Library, he does travel to the Philadelphia Campus almost every Wednesday. He can often be found working either in the atrium between the Brossman Center and Krauth Library or in the first floor lounge in Brossman.
